Approximately late 80's, early 90's there arrived a new line of big statues on the market. This line contained all kind of Walt Disney characters. They used Polyester in the production of these statues. These days these statues are rare and only become more rare. When stored to cold they often crack. These statues regularly require maintence over time. This is maintence we do before selling. We always try to find the balance between cleaning and (if necessary) (small) repairs. In case of (small) repairs we always mention this. The balance we are looking for is to preserve the authentique aging of the statue and the quality of the statue. After the maintence the are fit to last another few decades. And so we preserve these incredible collectibles to last even longer.
In this case we have a rare Donald Duck which is meant to hang at his rope. You can hang him in the middle of a room or close to a wall. When you hang him close to a wall you can hang him in a way he is climbing this wall.
